Transportation for Wholesale Customers
For wholesale customers shipping is not free. In this case, the customer can undertake the transport himself, with a transport of his choice or depending on the parcels of his order we can include them in the final amount during the invoicing of his order, after contacting us.
Shipping Products
The products will be sent to the address specified by the customer when submitting his order. The Company cooperates with a courier service, in order to ensure the safe and fast shipment of the products. Shipping costs will be borne by the Company's customers. Our company makes every possible effort to send the products to its customers within the indicated time, but in case of delay for any reason, the company does not recognize the existence of any responsibility.
Product Returns / Withdrawal
In order to avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that you pay attention at the time of delivery of your order to the condition of the product sold and the intactness of its packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipment, broken product, missing parts, etc. Returns of products sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:
1) In case of incorrect product shipment, which will be due to the Company or its suppliers. The customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, the packaging intact and the original contents included. In this case, the return costs will be borne by our Company and the return of the product will be made by the courier service indicated by the Company.
In the event that a product is returned, a refund of the value of the product is made, within 10 days of receipt of the product by the Company, to a bank account indicated by the customer.
2) Also, the customer will have the right to withdraw without reason and return the product within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
In the above cases, the customer will be responsible for the loss or deterioration of the products until they are returned to the Company. Consequently, we recommend that returns be made either by ELTA registered letter or by using courier services.
In the event that an advance has been given, by any means of payment, for an order containing products that are not available, there will be no right of withdrawal.
